You will be responsible for assisting the Office director in all areas of administration and marketing, promoting the corporate image by representing the company’s team internally and externally.
As the Marketing assistant you are also responsible for proposing and assisting the firm in developing and implementing select marketing initiatives in house as well as with external bodies and offices.

Sales Electrical Engineer
Arabic female : any Arabic nationality with minimum 2 years experience in UAE .
Have experience in CAD .
Working closely with consultant, if required, for a smooth approval process
Attending technical queries / meetings with Consultant and Contractor
Visiting clients and consultants to promote the products and follow up.
Managing over deliveries and after sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and future business
Develop strong relationship with suppliers, contractors and consultants
Arranging meetings based on a Job in Hand project and Tender stage projects
Technical observation/ study of relevant project specifications to prepare the techno-commercial proposals for the represented product line
Supervision / presiding over the proposal preparation/ final review of the offer
Commercial negotiations/bidding with contractors
Liaising closely with suppliers to obtain best discounts and finalizing projects for the respective product line keeping in mind the best commercial interests.
